Does sending a WhatsApp message guarantee my seat?

Your WhatsApp message places your seat request in our reservation queue. Seats are confirmed after our ticketing desk verifies availability and receives payment.

What border and travel documents are required?

Passengers must carry valid passports or East African National IDs (for Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda citizens), yellow fever certificates, and necessary visas or entry permits. Verify requirements with official government border portals before travel.

What is the luggage allowance?

Each ticket includes 1 main luggage piece (up to 30kg) stored in the bus luggage compartment plus 1 small hand luggage item inside the coach.
